Our innovative and growing company is searching for candidates for the position of collections rep.Responsibilities for collections repNegotiate payment options and create payments/postdates in collection system as authorized by the borrowerMaintain customer files by obtaining updated demographic and financial information on each call and maintain clear and concise documentation of all attempts and/or contact made and receivedTake ultimate accountability for the achievement of goals set forth for them by managementPerform payment authorizationsHandle incoming calls from customers to answer questions about their account, resolve issues, update account informationHandle incoming calls from retail locations to assist in setting up new customersContact customers through outbound calls to verify account information, encourage them to finish their application and initiate a leaseUtilize negotiation techniques and partner with past due customers to establish acceptable payment arrangementsAdhere to Collection regulations and compliance requirementsAssist with Fraud related contacts, order review assessment, and applicable support workQualifications for collections repHigh school diploma or state equivalency certification requiredExcellent written human relations and influencing skillsHandles complaints ranging from quality of service issues to simple billing disputesProblem solving, sound writing, effective communication, critical thinking, active listening, detailed orientedMust be flexible and able to prioritizeDetail oriented, quick learner and accurateExcellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
