Duties&Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to candidate placement. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Candidate Engagement: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, addressing any concerns or questions. Maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research to inform recruitment strategies. Metrics and Reporting: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placements, client satisfaction, and business development. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, business development progress, and market insights. Collaborate with other recruiters, sales, and marketing teams to share insights and best practices. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the recruitment function. Desired Experience&Qualification 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including client management and business development. HR qualification will be advantageous. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
