Must have Matric certificate Degree/Higher Diploma in Systems/Industrial Engineering 3 years industry or working experience . Understanding of the Vehicle supply chain environment Microsoft Project knowledge and experience MS Office spreadsheets and graphics strong excel skills . Must be results driven. Must be accurate and pay attention to detail. Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. No criminal record Responsibilities Outbound Logistics Supply Chain Engineering Project Management Track and ensure that the applicable Key Performance Indicator targets are achieved Manage implementation of clients' tender outcomes in clients' logistics environment Conduct quarterly performance reviews of clients-appointed suppliers and service providers Provide support on clients' logistics budgeting process Calculate and supply accurate costings for all elements of the supply chain for normal and ad-hoc requests Seek innovative cost-saving solutions to meet annual cost-reduction targets and recommend them to the client Support client's regional logistics projects Provide support on operational supply chain activities Identify, implement, and manage new projects, subject to the prior written approval of clients Design and implement, subject to clients' prior written approval, new supply chain processes Re-engineer client's supply chain flows to improve time, cost, and quality Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained, and the office area is clean and presentable Ensure the department adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. #J-18808-Ljbffr
