Duties -Foreclosures&Vehicle Asset Finance (VAF): DraftingLegal Documents: Drafting demand letters, notices, and otherlegal documents related to debt collection actions. Negotiation: Negotiating with debtors to reachsettlement agreements or payment plans that are mutually beneficial tothe client and the debtor. Litigation Management: Managing legal proceedings in cases where negotiation fails,including filing lawsuits, attending court hearings, and representingclients in court Record Keeping: Maintainingaccurate records of all communications, negotiations, and legalactions taken in debt collection cases. Client Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to clients on theprogress of debt collection efforts, including the status ofoutstanding debts and any legal developments. Requirements: Grade 12 LLB Minimum 7 years postadmission experience - Specializing in High Court Banking Litigationwith specific focus on foreclosures and vehicle and asset financematters Admitted Attorney Possess high courtlitigation experience Possess a valid driver’s license andown transport Previous experience in managing his / her owndepartment would be an advantage Previous experience inmanaging of junior personnel would be an advantage Ability tomanage a portfolio independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
