Duties -Foreclosures&Vehicle Asset Finance (VAF): DraftingLegal Documents: Drafting demand letters, notices, and otherlegal documents related to debt collection actions. Negotiation: Negotiating with debtors to reachsettlement agreements or payment plans that are mutually beneficial tothe client and the debtor. Litigation Management: Managing legal proceedings in cases where negotiation fails,including filing lawsuits, attending court hearings, and representingclients in court Record Keeping: Maintainingaccurate records of all communications, negotiations, and legalactions taken in debt collection cases. Client Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to clients on theprogress of debt collection efforts, including the status ofoutstanding debts and any legal developments.
