We are seeking a meticulous and organized Admin Officer - Inventory to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software.Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock counts and proper storage.Generate reports on inventory status, trends, and discrepancies.Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.Process inventory adjustments and stock transfers.Handle administrative tasks related to inventory management, such as preparing purchase orders and invoices.Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and company policies.Requirements:Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Inventory Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent.Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (preferred).Benefits:Competitive salary.Health insurance.Retirement plans.Opportunities for career advancement.
