Duties&Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Actively develop new client relationships , follow up on client development leads and utilise superior negotiating skills . Develop solid, lasting, and trusting relationships with clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are gathered adequately. Knowledgeable about industry products at a high level provided to the specific client. Developing a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions . Compiling reports on monthly sales progress , and sales forecasts . Achieving monthly sales targets and contribute actively towards the profitability of the company. Desired Experience&Qualification Q ualifications and Experience required: A completed relevant degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent. A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in Business Development (Hunting role ) in the Aggregate or related Commodity Sales Industry experience . Experience in driving results and achieving sales targets . Understanding of Business Analysis and Delivery Requirements . Strong Sales and Negotiation skills . Must be fluent (written and verbal) in both English and Afrikaans . Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license . Stable and successful sales track record.
