TreasuryONE Technologies is rapidly expanding; offering a new position on our Support Desk. Handling Second Level Technical support to both internal and external Treasury Systems Clients, taking responsibility for the following: * resolving complex client queries * analysing and resolving technical support issues * importing client data * modifying the database and database dictionary * designing custom screens * setting up custom calculations * creating custom reports * assisting with connectivity projects and migrations including third-party integration (sftp, API, encryption, certificate renewals&upgrades). Requirements: At least 2 years working experience in a technical support role in a fintech company is essential Understanding of treasury management systems and/or treasury operations will be awesome Experience in cloud-based solutions in terms of deployment and support Previous experience working on H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, SQL, Crystal Reporting, Scripting Understanding of technical protocols such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SSO,SAML 2.0 www.treasuryone.co.za #J-18808-Ljbffr
