Minimum RequirementsGrade 12Audio Visual installation experienceCrestron programming (essential)Own car and valid licenseMore than 2 years audio visual experienceKnowledge of wiring, cable termination and best practice standards Duties and Responsibilities:Remote and telephonic support to clientsPerform a daily checks of AV equipment of booked meeting rooms in the morning, before meetings startsProvide End-user training on AV equipment usageManagement of AV service requests and incident reportingChecking of audio-visual equipment during times when rooms are not in use in preparation for live meetings and/or eventsReporting service escalations to Company Service Desk for any issues that cannot be resolved onsitePerform root cause analysis of technical issues reported, in order to assist with troubleshooting and issue resolutionConduct preventative maintenanceFault findingConfigure video conferencing and audio visual equipmentClean various AV equipmentProactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctlyMaking sure DSTV distribution is working throughout the buildingAttend to calls logged related to the Network & Telephony installation PLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
