Responsibilities:Sourcing and Recruitment:Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to source and attract qualified candidates.Proactively build a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Collaboration and Relationship Building:Establish strong relationships with account managers and team members to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.Provide guidance and support to account managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate evaluation, and selection.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company's culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.Market Research and Trends:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition within the IT, finance, and engineering sectors.Conduct market research to benchmark salaries, benefits, and other competitive factors to ensure our company remains attractive to top talent.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the IT, finance, or engineering sectors.Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, best practices, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits packages.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A dynamic and inclusive work environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.If you are a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for talent acquisition within the IT, finance, and engineering fields, we invite you to apply and become a valuable member of our team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
