Job Description: A good candidate for this role is inquisitive and has a passion for creatively solving problems while capturing and sharing the resulting knowledge. Will remain composed whilst carefully disentangling the most complex problems, continuously looking for opportunities to improve the way things work. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned. Participate in knowledge-share via documentation creation, training, and mentoring. Work with Product Development and Product Management to ensure products are implemented in ways that meet customer requirements. Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies. Collaborate with internal technical groups on behalf of all external organizations and customers. Develop innovative solutions to problems and prove them out in a lab environment. Take ownership of technical issues of any complexity with minimal direction and drive them to resolution. Provide Tier-3 support for F5 Global Services Appropriately coordinate time and customer issues based on issue severity and business needs. Provide support for the current core TMOS platform and components (BIG-IP LTM and DNS), while also preparing for the next generation of BIG-IP solutions.
