In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify and engage top talent, build and maintain client relationships, and drive recruitment success across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish. Meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets. Maintain accurate records and reports using our CRM system. Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment and/or sales. Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
