Duties&Responsibilities Manage project programs, within timeframes and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet thedesired goals and outcomes ensuring all projects are managed appropriatelywithin the sphere of control. Manages the Sales Calendar, program andchange requests to ensure delivery. Prioritize projects for the achievementof sales goals. Provides leadership in the recommendedresolution and/or escalation of issues that may impact project scope, schedule,or budget. Ensures on time delivery with qualityof the entire portfolio of Sales projects within for the different functionalareas. Identify and manage delivery riskcontrol process, pursue issue, and risk resolution and communicates status andescalations to stakeholders and operational management. Identify and understand issues andconcerns; obtain and compare information from different sources to drawconclusions, develop and evaluate alternatives and solutions, solve problems,and recommend a course of action. Project Management Practice Translatingthe Sales Strategic medium to short term goals and objectives to align with theProject objectives. Leads the identification andimplementation of project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines, andstandards to establish a stable framework that supports all projects andstakeholders to improve the probability of successful project delivery. Facilitates the agreed-upon processthat develops plans and prioritization. Liaise with the participants/users fromtime to time to gauge the progress of the project. Provides ongoing coaching and mentoringto the participants or users where necessary. Builds and maintains relationshipsbetween Regional Managers and Divisional Heads and key stakeholders, and actsas a trusted advisor. Regularly reviews and evaluatesopportunities to improve project management best practices to achieve best results. Track and report on project portfolioperformance, providing a comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects. Monitor Project operational and capitalexpenses to ensure achievement of cost efficiency and acting to correct anyadverse variances. Develops and manages theproject/program budget by executing a high degree of financial disciplineacross the portfolio of projects. Develop and track the benefitrealization report. Stakeholder Management Leads regular interactions with theexecutive sponsor to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing goodrelationship and shared vision for the program outcome. Share lessons learned and bestpractices across projects, building relationships with stakeholders andbrokering relationships at all levels. Request ongoing feedback from participantsor users regarding the delivery of the project; promotes effective teamworkbetween business. Oversee the Regulatoryrequirements (online Sales) Managethe Sales online activities. Managethe rendering of the financial services that are conducted in accordance toFAIS. ManageCompliance of the impacting legislation. Managethe online sales complaints resolution process. Overseethe management of the quality assurance process.
