To support their growth, they are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This role is based in Centurion, Pretoria. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business goals. Lead the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to optimize financial performance. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax planning activities. Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Requirements: Degree in Accounting or Finance Related Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles. Minimum of 5 -8 years of experience post articles in accounting or finance roles. FMCG industry experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
