With our unique, multi-branded network of service stations, we operate more than 165 touch points country wide, we’re customer-driven and focused on delivering fuel, convenience retail and quick service food at safe and convenient locations across the countryJob SpecificationReporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a fuel and convenience store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field4 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacityAbility to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiencyExcellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating systemsKey performance indicatorsThe GOLD business imperatives displayed below are to be used as key indicators in sourcing competent candidates for this critical role.GrowthAbility to execute in a diverse environment by building a deep understanding of the company's products and consumers to develop narratives that translate those concepts to broad consumer audiences and customer experiencesDelivering messaging, communications, and programs that inform, influence, and inspire customers, for example promotional displaysAchieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, maintain branch controls, and analysing variances to maximise profitability and meet sales targetsMaintain proper stock management, i.e stock controls and reconciliationsPromote high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaintsCompliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulationsLeveraging Culture & DiversityAbility to lead a high impact team and collaborate with different stakeholdersBuilding trusting relations and inspire relations amongst the internal and external stakeholdersDigital TransformationDriving the automation/optimization of digital processes and inventory control platformsDevelop consumer-facing content across a variety of segments to publicise the company's products & brandsKey leadership attributesThe incumbent would need to have the ability to progress and add continuous incremental value – having impact!Dealing with complexitySound pragmatic judgementAchievement orientation Looking to be part of a team that’s all about energy, growth, and community?
