AESTHETIC-SPA THERAPIST - Confident all-rounder DERDEPOORT, Pretoria - (Gauteng) South Africa STARTING DATE: ASAP REPORTS to: Spa Manager / Director TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 - 18:00 Closed on Mondays + additional days off in the week (based on roster & operational requirements) PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS: R15,000 Basic Salary per month (Skills & experience based) Treatment Commission Retail Commission Tips & Gratuities Performance Incentives QUALIFICATIONS: Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology / Aesthetician related diploma (minimum 2-year qualification) Advanced Somatology Diploma - BONUS BTECH Degree - BONUS Dermal Aesthetics Diploma - BONUS ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: You must hold a valid driver license and have your own reliable vehicle to travel to work as our property is not within public transport access Present at least THREE years (post-grad) in an aesthetic environment Able to perform basic administrative duties where operationally required (rostering, client records updated, bookings etc.) Supervise and train employees where operationally required Confidently prescribe alternative treatments and relevant home care = sales driven Cross-refer to other departments Must be familiar with all treatment protocols and products Assist the Doctor where operationally required (Within your scope of practice) Be responsible for ensuring that all treatments are up to our high standard of service excellence Confident and skilled in the following services (within your scope of practice): Standard Spa Therapies (including Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing and Massage) - when operationally required Facials +Advanced Skin Care Technology & Chemical Peels LASER Hair Removal LASER Skin Rejuvenation Light-based therapies /IPL Derma Pen /Micro-needling Skin Analysis#J-18808-Ljbffr
