To combine the strategic day to day running of the portfolio along with driving the added value initiatives, through development, acquisition and disposal, and reporting to the client.Requirements:Relevant MComm, MBA or MSc in Real Estate would be advantageousMinimum 10 - 12 years' experience within the Property Investment Industry at Senior Management with at least 5 years' experience of managing direct reportsKnowledge of Property Asset Management, Property Management, Property Law, Property Development, Property Acquisition & Disposal, Accounting and performance calculationSound, Strong and Ethical LeadershipFAIS RE 05 Certificate or must be obtained within 6 months of employmentDuties:Effective management and oversight of property portfolio of direct assets and related investment vehiclesEnsure achievement of market related returns on investments and on the existing portfolioGrowth and Development of the portfolio in line with the requirements of the mandate and strategyUnlocking value for clients through underlying asset strategiesManage risk to ensure stability of cash flowsInitiation of effective internal business processes and procedures for the achievement of better efficienciesAccurately report to Board, and relevant committeesOversight and development of investment strategies at a building and portfolio levelOversight and implementation of sustainable initiatives to drive efficiencies at a building and portfolio levelEffective stakeholder management of Property Management function to ensure effective management of portfolio assets are performedEffective oversight and management of Asset Management and Development Team to ensure that new and refurbished buildings areEffective management and oversight of Property BudgetsManagement and Monitoring of performance of staff in line with KPI'sThe number of jobs in each salary range for all:#J-18808-Ljbffr
