Qualifications and Experience:A recognized Project Management/ Contract Management qualification.At least 5 years experience in international contracting, joint venture formation, strategic planning, or other highly complex contractual arrangements is required.At least 5 years experience in a Technical Contract Management role.Proficient in the use of Project Management Tools and Systems.Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:Contracts (various: including formal, short form, and annual contracts) Drafting,Evaluation, Negotiation, and Execution.Contracting Maintenance.Developing contract practices and procedures.Maintain control over Contract finances and insurance.Liaises with: DSI, Main Contractors; Subcontractors; Designers, Users; Quality personnel; and Systems Engineering personnel.Please note that if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application that your application was unsuccessful.
