Our client in the financial services industry is urgently seeking an Office Admin Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admin operations of the office.Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead the administrative team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective collaboration and supporting various departments.- Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facilities, to maintain a productive work environment.- Coordinate administrative functions such as record-keeping, correspondence, scheduling, document management and provide support for meetings, reports & project management.Requirements:- A qualification in business administration or a related field is preferred.- Proven experience in office admin or related roles, with at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience.- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, procedures, and best practices.- Proficiency in using office software and applications, including MS Office Suite.- Familiarity with financial and accounting processes is a plus.- Strong leadership & team management abilities, excellent organisational & time management skills and effective written & verbal communication skills.
