Job Description: A vacancy exists for a HR Administrator stationed at our Pretoria Branch. The position will report to the HR Manager respectively. The overall purpose of this position is to assist to ensure an effective and efficient Human Resource function to the branch. The successful applicant must reside in Pretoria [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Maintaining employee files Handling of ad hoc queries from management HR project coordination General filing Confirmation of employment Training co-ordination Provident and UIF claims Handling and filling of queries Funeral fund claims Other ad-hoc function Assisting with Injury on Duty (IOD) Job Requirements: Must have own transport. Full competence in the use and application of the MS Office programs Must be highly organised, energetic, and capable of working independently. Preferably 1 years’ experience in Security Industry. SAP knowledge essential Matric equivalent qualification.
