Established financial services entity seeks a competent individual to join their HR team.Responsibilities:Develop and Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesManage recruitment and selection processOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceImplement all HR policies and proceduresOversee and manage disciplinary processes and proceduresSkills and Requirements:Relevant tertiary HR qualificationMinimum 3 years experience as an HR ManagerIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practicesCompetence to effectively manage and build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyHandles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasksAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsFluent in English & Afrikaans#J-18808-Ljbffr
