The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various spirits, liqueurs and mixers, as well as a creative flair for developing unique and delicious drink recipes.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner.Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth services and guest satisfaction.Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.Requirements:Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-volume setting.In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails and mixology techniques.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and stock management skills.If you're ready to take the lead behind the bar and elevate our guest experience to new heights, we want to hear from you!
