Intercare Corporate Services situated in Menlyn Central, Pretoria, seeks to recruit a Corporate Communication and Customer Engagement Specialist. The position focuses on developing and managing strong and innovative customer engagement initiatives and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies. Develop and implement B2B communication, marketing strategies and lead generation. Initiate and create content and creative for customer engagement initiatives. Develop and manage marketing communication and engagement products for new facilities. Manage online customer relations on social media and other channels. Manage&execute departmental communication requirements. Develop and manage internal&external corporate publications, articles and newsletters. Manage and build media relations. Provide content for Public Relations and SharePoint. Assist with corporate events. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or NQF7 qualification in marketing, communication or similar. 3+ years’ experience in a marketing communication and customer engagement role in a corporate environment. Solid understanding and working experience on all the prominent social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram&Google My Business). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven track record and experience in customer engagement communication. Experience with target audience and persona research. Experience in lead generation tactics. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Advance organising and multitasking skills. Excellent pressure-handling and time-management skills.
