Essential Skills Requirements:- In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge.- Change & Project Management.- Excellent and articulate communication skills.- Ability to influence and engage with authority.- Strong business acumen.- In-depth understanding of financial accounting areas such as Accounts Receivable, Asset and Investment accounting, Cost Accounting, etc. Advantageous Skills Requirements:- Experience in global SAP template rollouts.- IT Knowledge (SAP highly advantageous).- Experience with Agile methodology.- Proficiency in German. Qualifications/Experience:- Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) in Accounting.- Postgraduate degree or certification.- Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous). Role and Responsibilities:- Coordinating and overseeing a specific market rollout for all aspects of the assigned product.- Maintaining an overview of Feature Team-specific processes and structures.- Ensuring the implementation and testing of the Feature Team solution for a market.- Conducting FIT/GAP workshops and introducing template processes to markets.- Organizing and facilitating discussions on potential GAPs with Feature Team experts.- Documenting findings according to centrally provided documentation approach.- Ensuring completion of required data collection sheets.- Incorporating business and technical roll-out activities into Feature Team's wave planning/backlog.- Monitoring Feature Team-specific defects and coordinating resolution efforts.- Planning and conducting training sessions.- Facilitating migration mapping workshops and finalizing mappings.- Addressing authorization topics and directing them to appropriate colleagues.- Supporting Feature Team-specific User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and cut-over activities during migration.- Providing coordination support during stabilization phase.
