To achieve operational results within the GROUP to maximize synergy and profits for the business through ensuring the effective implementation of business and operational strategies. Manage and synchronize operations and support within the CSM Division. Manage the implementation of action plans as defined by die Group Strategic Plan (GSP) in other areas of the business and the synergy of business units. Implement business retention strategies. Ensure the growth of business by means of acquisitions. Define, align and manage operational budget targets for the business. Fine-tune and implement methods and processes that will enhance operational effectiveness. Determine best practice, continuous improvement and innovation at process and procedure level. Ensure support and succession planning within the Operational Divisions. Ad-hoc projects as and when required by the EXCO. Initiate business development by providing input to strategic planning by EXCO. Being creative with regards to problem solving and exercising independent thinking. Develop a clear understanding of current and long-term business objectives. Presentable and ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written). Qualification - Baccalaureus Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience will be an advantage. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Experience - Minimum of 5 years' experience in Property Service / Operations with strong elements of the implementation aspects of sales; with experience in managing others. Experience working in a medium to large corporate organization. A strong background in marketing, retail and customer service will be an advantage. Knowledge of the Property Industry. Kwoledge of applicable legislation e.g. Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019 Sectional Titles Act, 1986 (Act no 95 of 1986) as amended, and The Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, 2011 (Act no 8 of 2011) Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Occupational Health&Safety Act (OHASA), etc. Knowledge of building administration procedures and principles. Sound knowledge of financial principles. Knowledge of supply chain / procurement processes and procedures. Comprehensive leadership skills. Annual CTC between R1 400 000 to R1 500 000.
