Broker Administrator – Hybrid Role | Based In Lynnwood, Pretoria Acuideas is on the lookout for a dedicated Administrator to manage underwriting processing and policy administration for our Brokers. The Ideal Candidate is someone who: can effectively manage the administration of all policies for our Brokers. will provide expert advice to Brokers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. is able to handle mid-term adjustments and finalise renewals efficiently. can communicate clearly and professionally with clients and Brokers. will ensure timely updates and amendments in line with service level agreements. is proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). can excel under pressure, multi-task, and remain solutions focused. is honest, reliable, self-motivated, and attentive to detail. Matric Qualification RE5 Qualification Post graduate qualification is advantageous CPD Points in Compliance with FAIS 3-5 Years Experience, with a proven track record in a short-term insurance role, preferably within a brokerage environment.
