Job Description • Supervising independent production departments• Managing project and order deadlines.• Developing production efficiencies both within and between departments.• Manage existing plant facilities and equipment, replacing or adjusting plant facilities and equipment when necessary.• Maintain industrial relations and HR relations with all levels of operations within the production unit.• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for any factory process as necessary.• Be knowledgeable on health&safety regulation and enforce compliance to prevent accidents and injuries.• Experience in Toilet Paper and Paper towel manufacturing.• Ensure Products are manufactured on time.• Monitor warehousing and dispatching.• Compulsory : Experience in Toilet Paper machine and paper towel machine repairs , setup to train staff.
