Candidate must have: At least 5 years experience in a legal attorney/firm with an understanding of a legal practice and knowledge of general legal processesDegree/Paralegal qualification Tax knowledge and experience is advantageous Be able to type, draft and proofread correspondence and define and prepare legal documents Experience in Dictaphone typing Prepare large bundles of documentation including photocopying and scanningAttend to invoicing and arranging of payments of invoices Reconcile accounts and identify invoices not paidEmail CV plus payslip ASAP.
