Minimum requirements: MatricFinancial Management degree Proven 15 Years experience as a Financial and Human Resources ManagerProficient use of financial software (Pastel Partner, Pastel Evolution and Payspace)Developing and implementing Human Resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategyDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisationPerform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports and assessing the financial health of the companyOversee the operations and development of the companys finance department including creating and reviewing policies, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial proceduresManage the preparation of the companys annual budget.Supervise the preparation of monthly account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with statutory and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecastingAdvise executive management on decisions related to the companys financesSupervise the documentation of the companys financial status and forecastsCreate strategic business plans based on the analysis of the companys status and financial forecastsMonitor and review all records of company assets, liabilities, and other financial transactionsLiaise with the company auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of the company finances is maintainedPerform all basic accounting procedures, financial statement preparation, month end closing, journal entries and general ledger maintenanceMonitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and capitalizing on opportunitiesConsultant: Vonne Scholtz - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
