These jobs were popular with other job seekersLarge Company in Pretoria is looking for an energetic and dynamic SENIOR HR OFFICER !MUST HAVE: Industrial Relations ( IR ) experience and willing to travel !Duties & Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Employee contracts & policies: Compilation of employee contracts and policies for all new employees relating to all clients  Issue of employee contracts and policies to all new employees relating to all clients  Collecting of all signed contracts and policies documents for all new employees relating to all clients. Assistance to new employees regarding the completion of signing of contract and policies documents. Communicate with Payroll regarding new employees and documentation pertaining to new employees from HR Assistant. Compile a list of all new contracts issued and when probation period is completed. To advice the necessary HOD or SEM well in advance before the employee becomes permanent. Maintain policies and procedures. Compiling of Job Description as and when applicable. Assist HR department with compiling of relevant contracts. Administration of HR: Loading new employees on HR database. Transfer of employees on VIP Payroll. Adding of new job Titles on VIP Payroll.  Full administration function for HR on VIP Payroll.  Assisting in all queries form employees with regards to HR System  Communication with ESS provider to assist in support function. Update all changes on the HR System. Ensure all leave is administrated on ESS Ensure information on ESS is correct and completed.  Assist employees with any other relevant queries or concerns. Leave: HR system needs to be updated simultaneously on a daily weekly and monthly basis. HOD’s/ Directors need to be notified off any variances. HR system needs to be updated simultaneously on a daily weekly and monthly basis with leave balances/ recons HR system needs to be updated simultaneously on a daily weekly and monthly basis with the clock-in system. Correct, complete and updated records must be available at all times. Assisting all employees with any queries on the ESS system. Sending activation emails to employees on the ESS system Scanning and Filing / Employees: All electronic employee files needs to be maintained on a daily, weekly and monthly basis updated documents need to be scanned and attached under the correct staff member/category. All new employee documents need to be added to the HR record keeping system.  Ensure store room is kept neat and tidy.  Industrial relations Attend to relevant disciplinary steps if and when needed (counselling’s, written warnings,disciplinary hearings and CCMA representation) Payroll Compile and submit all relevant payroll documents to the payroll department by the 20th of each month. Ensure all relevant documentation is given to payroll. Exit Process: Ensure exit process is complete as well as check list with resignation of Head Office Employees Ensure exit process file is kept up to date. Sending of termination email to all relevant parties.  Union Support: Assisting resorts with wage negotiations once a year and compiling agreement thereof. All record keeping of union administration to be up to date. Negotiate recognition agreement Strike Management Employment Equity: Research and assistance in compiling Employment Equity reports once per year.   Skills Development: Assist and compile and submit relevant skills Development plans for entities specified Print submission documents and file accordingly.  Ensure that all submission is done in accordance to deadline date from specific SETA. CCMA: Conciliation, Arbitration, Condination Preparing bundles and arguments Represent Entity at the CCMA in all proceedings Need to peruse Clock ins before sending out to Managers Drafting and Sending of HR Memo's Assist will all relevant Head Office and company queries and concerns All other tasks allocated by HOD/SEM or Director Assistance with all other tasks, developed by the HR department Grievance process  Oversee the HR Team Manage and Approval of leave records for the HR Team Wage Negotiations Union Meetings Impress Card Responsibilities Bargaining Council Process Travel to relevant entities for HR Services Desired Experience & QualificationHR Degree/Diploma and IR ExperienceWiiling to TRAVELAccurate and SystematicAbility to work under pressureStrong and self confidentEffective Time ManagementLeadership SkillsSolid People SkillsStructured and Rule orientatedStrong Administration SkillsFully Bilingual - Fluent in English and Afrikaans, sritten and spokenThese jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
