Treasury Technologies Support Consultant TreasuryONE Technologies is rapidly expanding and offering a new position at our Support Desk.Handling Second Level Technical support to both internal and external Treasury Systems Clients assisting with:Resolving complex client queriesAnalysing technical support issuesImporting client dataModifying database and database dictionaryDesigning custom screensSetting up Custom CalculationsCreating reportsAssisting with connectivity project & third-party integrations (SFTP, API, Encryption, Certificate renewals / upgrades).Treasury Management Systems supported for our valued clients includes:The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Information Science Degree or suitable equivalent.Must have at least 2 years working experience in a Technical Support role preferably at a Fintech CompanyUnderstanding of Treasury Management Systems and/or Treasury Operations will be beneficialExperience in cloud-based solutions in terms of deployment and supportPrevious experience working on H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, SQL, Crystal Reporting, ScriptingUnderstanding of technical protocols such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SSO,SAML 2.0www.treasuryone.co.za#J-18808-Ljbffr
