Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR professional Minimum of 1 year experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Recruitment&Talent Acquisition Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the organization's current and future needs. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations Implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Performance Management&Succession Plan Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Manage succession plans and expat skills transfer plans. Staff Engagement&Motivation Creating employee engagement plans and initiating activities. Employee Benefits Administering compensation and benefit plans. Headcount and Absenteeism Effectively manage headcount within budgets Efficiently maintain absenteeism within target Payroll Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes Employment Equity Assist with employment equity reporting Ensure adherence to the employment equity plan Participate in the employment equity committee BBBEE Knowledge and experience of BBBEE requirements would be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
