Our client is on the hunt for an Insure Adviser who will manage a portfolio of clients, handling both commercial and personal underwriting and ensuring seamless policy management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients. Provide regular feedback and address client queries. Underwrite and manage policy renewals. Handle new policy applications and quotations. Schedule on-site client meetings. Maintain accurate records in the MyPractice system. Manage administrative documentation to ensure FAIS compliance. Record client details and interactions in relevant systems. Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Adhere to service level agreement deadlines. Act as a liaison between the office and insurance companies. Maintain strong working relationships with insurers. Generate reports and manage client retention. Understand policy wording and various insurance products. Requirements: Grade 12 qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook). NQF Level 4 Full Short-Term Insurance Qualification. Successful completion of the Regulatory Examination (RE5) for Representatives. DOFA confirmation from FSCA. Fit and proper product-specific training. 6-7 years of relevant experience in short-term insurance. At least 4 years of personal underwriting experience. At least 4 years of commercial underwriting experience. Strong administrative, organizational, and planning skills. Own transport and a valid driver’s license. Desired Skills: Empathy and integrity.
