Role Purpose Responsible to assist the OPS Team Leader and the entire Operations Regional Administrators with the administration of franchises, advisers, and assistant to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing maintenance and off boarding processes. Requirements Excellent computer skills.Grade 12Adviser administration in a brokeragePodio / FSP (advantage)Quicklysign / MSign (advantage)Microsoft Dynamics (SalesConnect) (advantage)JIRA (advantage) Duties&Responsibilities General AdministrationLiaison with the Team Leader, Regional Operation Administrators, General Managers, Franchise Development Managers, Advisers and prospects to gather, capture and maintain information for purposes of onboarding, maintenance and off boarding by following processes and utilizing the relevant systems. This will ensure effective servicing and accurate information at all times.Capturing initial information for new franchise applications.Arrange Email addresses.Arrange Email signatures.Assist with Sales Connect Onboarding process.Assist with various capturing of info on FSP, ie missing fields, sub-codes, etc.Log JIRA Calls.Create Franchise Mailboxes through JIRA Calls.Assist Team Leader with Hello Mailbox.Assist with Investec CCM Mailbox – forwarding Forex emails to relevant Adviser and Assistant.Assist Team Leader with info required from Franchise360, i.e. commission details.Product provider broker code applications.MSign document upload for Operation purposes.Verifying Fit and Proper records (e.g., verification of records on FSP). Business SupportSupport of the Franchise Support Roles within Consult.Assist Team Leader with Onboarding of Product Providers by following the due diligence process.Attending regional events and assisting on the day with the reception of the advisers.Maintenance of documents on various systemsAssist with system mailboxes queries. Enable client CENTRICITY WITHIN area of responsibilityBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Deliver on service level agreements applicable to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that clientexpectations are managed.Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and providesexceptional client service.Continuously monitor turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance clientservice delivery.
