Permanent - Admin Assistant - Tshwane (Pretoria) - South Africa Ensuring that minutes of the weekly HVP meeting are done and saved. Obtain all necessary documents from HVP Representatives, Doctors and Patients. Ensuring that all documents are signed and saved. Submitting all documents for new HVP patients to Head Office for submission (First Supply). Submit claims as requested (HVP & Pari) Ensure all supporting documents are received and all ICD10/Nappi codes are correct before claim submission. Following up on claims to ensure timeous payment is received. Submit authorisation requests when needed (HVP & Pari). Ensuring proper turnaround times and following the escalation process when needed to ensure that authorisation is received and updated if needed. Managing patient monthly disposable orders by checking and monitoring patient stock requirements according to allowed quotas. Requesting pick and pack from stores once payment has been received and patients need to be supplied. Clearly advise on courier/delivery instructions when pick & pack task is created. Process patient refunds when requested. Process reversal requests from medical aid payments when requested. Checking of medical aid remittances to confirm payment and making sure proper capturing is done end of the month. Making necessary notes on CRM of payments on each file indicating any short payment and following up. Submit all applications to medical aid (Oxygen, MIC-Key etc) Manage HVP monthly oxygen cash rentals (not covered by medical aid) by emailing tax invoices and following up on payment. Managing the daily diary of HVP Representatives. Updating of CRM tasks with all notes relating to actions made on patient’s file. Update the HVP database with any new patients and changes to existing patients. Performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating on request from line manager. When required assist with front office basic reception dutiesJob specific in-service training to understand customer needs, and associated products o Proficiency will be determined by both theory test results and practical assessments oPeriodic assessments and performance evaluations to assess ongoing competencyExperience 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, healthcare industry Previous experience with medical aid authorizations and claims essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Pastel experience preferable Knowledge,Skills and Abilities Fluency in English and Afrikaans Strong written and verbal communication skills Drivers license code B (manual) Own reliable transport preferred / essential Ability to work well under pressure and with large volumes of work Display strong attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain organized#J-18808-Ljbffr
