Together with our client, a leading claims administrator in Pretoria East, we are recruiting for a Stakeholder Engagement Assistant Manager to join their Stakeholders department. The ideal candidate needs to have minimum 2 years stakeholder management experience and must have matric/grade 12.Duties and Responsibilities: The Employee’s main duties relate to, but are not limited to analysis, assessment, tracking and improvement of the various interactions between COIDLink and its stakeholders.The main focus of the role is to ensure all agreed actions are executed on time and all external stakeholder related issues are tracked and escalated with the aim of speedy resolution.A secondary focus of the position is on the analytical aspects, requiring a keen eye for detail, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to identify patterns and trends in stakeholder interactions.Attendance of meetings with Compensation Fund Head Office and Provincial Labour Offices;Ensure that minutes are kept of all external stakeholder engagement meetings and made available in 3 three working days;Compilation of all quarterly provincial labour centre reports withing three working days from the end of the quarter;Strictly track and escalate action items agreed to in all external stakeholder engagement meetings;Track the progress of all action items, claims and invoices sent in bulk to external stakeholders;Analyse track and resolve all invoices rejected by the Compensation Fund;Evaluate and prepare all invoices short paid for resubmission in the required format to external stakeholders;Track and escalate the processing of all unresolved claims and invoices of practices under notice;Keep track of all system and operational issues in escalation with the Compensation Fund;Assist the stakeholder relations manager to escalate and resolve system and operational issues;Assist to improve the success of collections from the Compensation Fund;Assist to eliminate backlogs in all Compensation Fund processes (registration, adjudication, pre-authorisation, vendor registration and collections);Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Review and updated quarterly;Work collaboratively with other departments to develop strategies for mitigating risks and enhancing positive stakeholder engagement;Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and methodologies; andWork closely with the stakeholder relations manager and provide regular feedback on all relevant matters.As a team member add value and contribute to the company;Be willing to share knowledge, assist with training and comply with set company policies; andPerform ad hoc tasks in line with the objectives of the Company as and when required by the Company.Other Duties (Ad-hoc tasks) Perform ad hoc tasks in line with the objectives of the Company as and when required by the Company. Qualifications and Experience:Matric / Grade 12Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.Experience at a medical bureau will be an advantage.Private Hospital Medical Aid Claims related experience essentialValid driver’s licence and own vehicle Skills and Competencies:Computer literate in MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and Outlook)Articulate with strong communication skills (oral and written)Ability to adapt and learn new skills.Ability to multitask.Cope well under pressure. Remuneration Market related - depending on experience Only candidates who meet all the requirements stipulated in this advert will be considered.
