Job Description: The Surveillance Investigations Manager manages the surveillance investigations and auditing operation and team aligned with gaming and procedural compliance and protection of company assets, staff and guests. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Verification and validation of all Money Laundering Reporting Officers as per the FICA Plan audits and risk audit schedule Taking ownership of investigation outcome decisions: Opening criminal cases, lodging disciplinary action or unfounded Quality assures investigation and audit processes Liaises with Internal and External customers/ stakeholders Quality assures all reports, EOB entries and registers Regular tracking of players, high rollers, and results Field investigation for high priority cases Follows the judiciary process through until completion Manages provision and preservation of evidence (for internal cases, CCMA and criminal) Liaises with Head Office Legal with regard to Section 205 subpoena Compiles and communicates handovers to ensure continuity of information Allocates cases for investigation and audit Conduct adhoc investigations and reports to address the business exposure to risk Job Requirements: Ability to deal with highly confidential information Honesty&Integrity Attention to detail Collecting Information (listening; asking questions) Handling conflict Problem Solving Supervisory Certification or NQF 4 equivalent qualification is preferred Checking Minimum 3 years Surveillance / Investigations experience (preferably obtained in the gaming industry) Grade 12 Following Instructions Analytical skills Emotional resilience Job Details: Company: Sun International Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Pretoria Application Deadline: N/A [ads2] Apply Here instantcareers.net #J-18808-Ljbffr
