Job Description: The Food&Beverage Cost Controller is responsible to co-ordinate, control and record the inventory and stock control processes, to ensure the correct governance over operational stock and operating costs, in line with Company policies and procedures and legislative requirements. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Complete buffet costings for buffets items / menus Analyse cost and revenue per item to ensure non-profitable items are identified. Complete monthly cost management reports Report on price changes or deviations during the receiving of goods and capturing of invoices Advise on abnormal trends in consumption.
