OPG and Coetzer law are looking for a candidate to join its dynamic team in generating sale leads and procuring same. We are looking for a strong candidate to offer and sell our range of service products and have an understanding of marketing and sales. The company is based in Pretoria east. Duties&Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects. Utilize marketing strategies such as content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and SEO to attract potential clients. Client Acquisition : Conduct initial meetings or calls with prospects to understand their needs and explain the firm's services. Customize sales pitches and presentations to address the specific requirements of each prospect. Follow up with prospects to address any questions or concerns and to move them through the sales funnel. Negotiate terms of engagement and contracts with prospective clients. Relationship Management : Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on services, new offerings, and industry insights. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and to enhance client satisfaction. Market Research and Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth. Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Adjust marketing tactics and approaches based on market feedback and performance analysis. Collaboration with HR and Legal Teams : Coordinate with the HR and legal teams to understand the specifics of their services and offerings. Collaborate on developing marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and website content, that effectively communicate the firm's value proposition. Work closely with HR and legal professionals to ensure alignment between sales efforts and service delivery. Networking and Brand Building : Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including HR professionals, business owners, and other potential clients. Contribute to the firm's brand-building efforts by maintaining a strong online presence and engaging with relevant communities and forums. Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor sales performance against targets and objectives. Prepare regular reports detailing key sales and marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client retention. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis to improve sales and marketing effectiveness. Continuous Learning and Development : Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and marketing trends. Seek out professional development opportunities, such as training programs and workshops, to enhance skills and knowledge. Continuously adapt strategies and approaches to remain competitive in the marketplace. Desired Experience&Qualification Education : Matric, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Additional qualifications in HR or Law could be beneficial but are not always required. Experience : Proven track record in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the legal or professional services industry. Experience in business-to-business sales, as dealing with businesses and corporate clients will be common. Familiarity with HR processes and legal services can provide a significant advantage. Experience in managing client relationships and meeting sales targets. Strong understanding of South African business practices and regulations, particularly those related to HR and legal matters. Experience in sales and marketing tools for lead generation, tracking, and reporting. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively. Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and client feedback. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations governing businesses and employment relationships.
