Support Desk Analyst: Treasury Management Systems TreasuryONE, a leading provider of treasury management solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Support Desk Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team in Pretoria.In this role, you will provide second-level technical support to both internal and external clients, resolving complex queries and ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury systems.Key Responsibilities:Resolve complex client queries related to treasury management systemsAnalyse technical support issues and provide effective solutionsImport client data and manage database modificationsDesign custom screens and set up complex calculationsCreate reports and assist with connectivity projectsIntegrate with third-party systems (SFTP, API, encryption, certificate renewals)Required Skills and Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the fintech industryStrong understanding of treasury management systems and/or treasury operationsProficiency in H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, SQL, Crystal Reporting, and scriptingKnowledge of technical protocols such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SSO, and SAML 2.0If you are passionate about technology, have a strong background in treasury management systems, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at TreasuryONE.www.treasuryone.co.za.#J-18808-Ljbffr
