Our client a Hospital Group in Gqeberha is looking for a Theatre Manager to join their teamJob Description The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical practice and resources within the units to achieve the Company & Hospital strategic objectives of quality, growth and people. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Nursing with approximately 5 years post basic and proven leadership and/or people management experience within healthcare (including clinical competence in area of specialization)Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing Science is essentialA post graduate qualification in Management and Nursing Education would prove advantageousAt least 5 years’ experience as a qualified theatre registered nurseCurrent registration with South African Nursing CouncilBasic understanding of labour legislation, financial and change management principlesComputer proficiency (MS office)Driver’s license & own transport
