Experience:Minimum of 5 years of post-trade experience as a fitter. Responsibilities:Maintenance of all mechanical equipments in Furnace, CCM, EOT Crane, Dust Extraction System, Hydraulic Power Packs, Water PumpsCarrying Preventive, Periodical maintenance as per Maintenance Planning schedules and maintaining records of operations, maintaining data sheets for the all equipments.Changing the coil insulation of the furnace according to the coil condition as advised by Maintenance Engineer.Spot Identification and Brazing during the coil punctures in the Furnace.Monitoring the all water pumps for its running condition such as abnormal sounds, water leakages in pumps. If any fault detected, make arrangements to rectify without affecting production.Monitoring and absorbing the conditions of the cooling towers and heat exchangersCarry out the maintenance work in the stand by crucible according to the preventive maintenance plan with safe work practice.Making the formers for ladles, Furnace and tundish as per standard drawing with exact dimension and keeping sufficient stock.Making the Ground Leakage Detector connection in the furnace.Removing the blockages in water hoses in the furnace and panels periodically to avoid the high temperature tripping.Carry out Welding and Gas Cutting works in necessary areas.Maintaining Records of Bearing and Oil Seal Number, Grades of Oil and Greases.Carry out Maintenance works in EOT cranes for Gear box servicing, Wire Rope Changing, and Lubricating.Carry out Maintenance works in CCM for Mould Oscillation CAM and Gear box changing & Servicing works, PCRT, DRT gear box servicing works.
