This role provides shared services with global scope. The SSC Operations Specialist maintains critical operational master data and performs standard operational processes for subsidiaries in all geographical regions. Responsibilities include process documentation, testing, monitoring, analyzing and closely collaborating with the subsidiaries to maximize operational efficiencies and data quality.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITES: Maintains master data such as organizations, reference files, ratesPerforms centralized standardized data entry processesMonitors performance and drives continuous performance improvementAnalyzes data quality and identifies opportunities to increase automationPerforms auditing, vetting and improvement of global standard proceduresShares and implements best practicesMaximizes productivity by driving improvement initiativesTest and train new C1 functions and processesThis role has a heavy emphasis on thinking and working outside the box. You need to have a thirst for learning new technologies and be receptive to adopting new approaches and ways of thinking.  PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: University degree (or local equivalent) in Finance, Business, or Logistics (preferred)Experience in international Freight ForwardingExperience in Shared or Centralized Services is preferredBusiness & Data Analysis experience is requiredExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal English language skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office suiteCargoWise Certified SpecialistDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated, able to work in a team and independently The Company has a global footprint, with offices and clients around the globe.
