Minimum skills and knowledge required:- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science and/or equivalent.- Technical tertiary training and/or experience.- Minimum 2 years of injection moulding machine setting experience.- Physically fit and willing to work shifts and/or overtime,- Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic background beneficial.Key performance areas:- Machine start-up, monitoring, and continuous optimization.- Tool changes.- Ensure mould safety.- OEE settings and input/optimization.- Weekend shutdown.- Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards.- Knowledge and adherence to H&S procedures and regulations.Behavioural Dimensions required:- Meticulous attention to detail.- Productivity and safety conscious.- Patient and persevering traits with a strong technical/scientific approach to problem-solving.- Ability to work well within a team and communicate well, working under pressure.- Must employ continuous self-improvement habits.
