To Manage, Develop and Lead in the execution of sales strategies that increase profitability to maximise sales objectives. Manage and develop specific Customer base to achieve projected sales and market share targets. Required Learning: Relevant Tertiary Qualification/Diploma will be advantageous. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role in FMCG environment. Key Job Outputs: Work to develop a full understanding of the content and then execute the regional business plan to achieve the objectives set by Line. This includes delivery-of-care system delineation. Account targeting. Needs assessment. Program implementation. Manage a team to achieve regional and divisional targets. Manage implementation of sales strategies. Set the vision for the specific field of Customer Base. Plan strategy for specific field of Customer Base. Effectively manage resources e.g., money, stock, time, systems, sales tools, etc. Ensure appropriate level of coordination to attain business plan objectives. Adhere to and support Company policies, procedures and Sales/Marketing direction. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Key Customers. Timeous and successful customer problem solving. Manage critical Customer Base account relationships. Ensure appropriate level of coordination to attain regional business plan objectives. Responsibility for the Customer Base, forecasting and sales tracking. Analysis&reporting of regional sales. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of Customer Base and sales and profitability. Communicate regional activity of competitive products through timely submission of monthly highlight report as directed. Review, audit and report on expenses. Monitor performance against strategic account management objectives/directives.
