KPA:Ensure that the invoice verification process for supplier invoices has been processed on SAP and that the VAT is correctly accounted for.GRVing of supplier invoices.Creating *** purchase orders and grving of *** invoices.Following up on queries and outstanding invoice list received from Head Office.Maintaining the supplier and sundry debtors age-analysis.Assisting with petty cash.Ensure that the IFRS2 expense journals have been prepared in line with the budget guidelines and the profit forecast guidelines.Ensure that the revenue related journal entries have been processed in line with the request from the business analysis team.Ensure that the provision for bad debts journal entries is processed in line with the doubtful debt provision calculation.Ensure that the financial packs have been prepared for review by the Financial Accountant and the Financial Manager prior to submission to Group FinanceEnsure that the deadlines for the financial pack submissions have been adhered to.Ensure that the intercompany loan account entries have been processed timeously to the correct GL accounts.Ensure that there is supporting documentation available for the entries that are processed.Ensure that the monthly journals are done timeously, and the month end deadlines are met.Ensure that the balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and captured on SAP BEST GL’s timeously and any reconciling items are followed up and resolved within 30 days.Assisting with the submission of urgent receipts to SSCAssisting with Repairs and Maintenance reviewsAssisting with CSA reportsOrdering of stationeryAssisting with Vat returns, payroll recons and submission of Tax pack.Assisting with daily banking and invoicingInputting of information in InforAssisting with asset verification and reviewAssisting with any other Ad-hoc duties that may ariseEDUCATION:Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualificationDiploma in Accounting, or B Com degreeWORK EXPERIENCE:A minimum of 1 year working experience in financial management or auditing.Computer LiteracyNetcare is an equal opportunity employerThe Company's approved Employment Equity plan and targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process aligned to the Group's Employment Equity strategy.
