Description Our client in the Open-Cast Mining industry is currently looking to employ a Sales Representative in Pinetown, KwaZulu Natal. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you! Requirements: Grade 12. 2 Years Sales Representative experience. Knowledgeable on Granite products. Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Reside in the surrounding areas. Valid SA code 08 driver license and own vehicle. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to demonstrate professional judgment. Ability to influence, servant leadership, collaboration, and flexibility. Excellent communication skills, customer relations, service, and ability to influence cross-functionally by tailoring messaging for various stakeholders. Ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels/functions of the organization across diverse cultures. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Sales driven in using sales methodologies in obtaining new customers and closing sales. Get, keep, and grow customer sales with wholesale retail customers. Achieve monthly sales growth, profit margin, monthly sales bookings, and sales targets. Identify competition, conduct price surveys on competitors and get involved in community events. Build relationships through regular and proactive caring calls. Load quotations, invoices, and delivery notes on the system promptly before stock leaves the stock yard. Ensure data integrity on all systems. General correspondence and e-mails to clients according to company standards. Ensure regular report and feedback to manager. Regular stock taking. Ensure that customer queries are attended to and resolved. Schedule meetings with potential customers. Cold calling may be required; however, always be prepared with sales material&brochures. Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained. Demonstrate consistent application of group and company procedures and policies. Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands. Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
