Training and educating the company's staff on newly introduced technologies and processes across the Beier group of companies.Duties & Responsibilities:Lead the digitization of existing and new products and tools through the creation of Solidworks drawings.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies and processes.Actively participate in various departmental activities to drive overall innovation efforts.Train and educate company staff on newly introduced technologies and processes within the Beier group of companies.Qualifications & Experience:MatricBachelor's Degree, Engineering or B.ScSkillsExperience with working with a Project Management software (Coda, Notion, Asana, etc.) a major advantage.Experience with CAD software (Solidworks, Fusion 360, Inventor, etc.)years' work experience advantageous.Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects.Strong analytical skills and methodological thinking, fast learner.Ability to think strategically and translate to trackable actions.Team playerSelf-StarterClosing date: 23 JUNE 2023Ability to commute/relocate:Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 2023/06/23#J-18808-Ljbffr
