Minimum Qualification: An Honours Degree NQF Level 8 in Education. Desirable Qualification: Postgraduate qualification/Masters Degree in Education Leadership will be an added advantage Minimum Experience: Post Schooling Education and Training sector experience 7 years in working experience with specific expertise in managing educational institutions, curriculum design, and educational policy implementation in a Training and Development capacity, with at least 5 years working in a senior leadership role in Training and Development in a large corporate/academic setting and must have gathered working experience in a complex matrix set-up with diversified business departments. Human Resource and or Capacity Development knowledge and experience and working knowledge of the South African Education Training and Development landscape. Experience of further and higher education in local and international contexts. Experience of the development of academic programmes. An understanding and appreciation of private sector education. Experience and knowledge of professional education and training, transformation initiatives, B-BBEE and a clear understanding of the funding landscape and Sustainable Development Goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
