Purpose of this role:Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies. Monitors the demand for company products or services, business and industry competition, and prices. Identifies potential new customers; develops strategies for increasing sales or market share. Minimum Requirements:MatricRelevant Qualification in Marketing.3-5 Marketing experience.Proficient in Microsoft packages, Marketing & Social Media Software Key Responsibilities: Campaign Coordination:Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.Coordinate with various teams or departments to ensure that campaign objectives are met.Content Creation and Distribution:Create or assist in the creation of marketing content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia materials.Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials across various channels such as social media, email, and print.Social Media Management:Manage and update social media accounts to maintain a consistent online presence.Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with the audience.Event Planning:Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as product launches, conferences, or trade shows.Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis.Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.Compile and analyse data to generate insights for decision-making.Communication and Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.Communicate marketing strategies and updates to relevant stakeholders.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvementBudget Management:Assist in managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in marketing initiatives.Assist in managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in marketing initiatives.Brand Management:Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels.Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.Digital Marketing:Assist in digital marketing efforts, including online advertising and email marketingCustomer Relations:Assist in developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers through various communication channels.
