Well established concern are looking for a Stores Controller / Supervisor to join their team. Duties and responsibilities include:Control movement of stock in and out of the Warehouse and manage Warehouse staff.Initiating and coordinating StoresReceiving, offloading, unpacking, counting, and verifying all supplier inbound deliveriesManaging the receiving and dispatching of stock, as well as internal transfersKit AssemblyPrepping & packing of assembly kit stock daily to be distributed to assembly department.Ensuring availability of consumable stockMaintain stores floor plan.Allocate and update bin locations, including allocation of stock and labelling.Adhere to business workflow procedures.Accurate Warehouse reporting and recordsComplete any paperwork as instructed, in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, ensuring all filing is kept up-to-date and in good order.Administering and transacting the warehouse management functions system on Computer Inhouse Stock system.Ensure the efficient and professional running of the Stock Room in accordance with the company policies and procedures.Keep the Stock Room in an organized and presentable condition.All areas should be cleaned on a regular basis.Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met.Manage and motivate all team members.Minimum requirements:5 years’ experience in an assembly/manufacturing industrySupervisory roleExcellent management skillsMust be able to work under pressure.Computer Literacy (specifically advanced MS Office: Excel)Syspro experience advantageous.Must have a hands-on approach to work.Passion for inventory management and stock management processesMust live in PMB.Suitable applications can be emailed to liezel@pronel.co.zaNote: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted#J-18808-Ljbffr
